Breaded Dijon Pork Chops

My children LOVE these crunchy and flavorful pork chops.


  • 3/4 c. Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 t. Dried Thyme
  • 1/4 t. Pepper
  • 1/4 t. Italian seasoning
  • 3 T. Dijon Mustard
  • 4 pork chops, approx. 1/2″ thick
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil


  1. In a large skillet, warm Oil at medium heat. 
  2. On a small plate, combine the Crumbs and Seasonings. 
  3. Spread Mustard on both sides of Pork Chops.
  4. Coat with Crumb mixture. 
  5. Cook Pork Chops in oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and juices run clear.
  6. Enjoy!
