Judy’s Corn Dip.

This addicting dip was a staple at my Mom’s work parties. You’re *insured* to have a winner with the bright and *bundled* ingredients. Maybe she got the recipe from Flo? 😉


  • 1/2 c. Mayo
  • 1/2 c. Sour Cream
  • 1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese (I like a fat shred)
  • 2 cans Corn, (drained)
  • 3 Green Onions, (chopped)
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, (diced)
  • 1/4 t. Salt+Pepper, (each)

Mix ingredients together; refrigerate! Serve with tortilla chips, enjoy!
